To add email, or not to add email; that is the question

Now that I own caasterisk.com, I have an interesting dilemma. If I purchase (a subscription to) G-Suite, I can have an email address of <name>@caasterisk.com hosted by WordPress. Which would be cool.

However, as I already have multiple other email addresses, for differing reasons, adding another is not a clear win. But I have an option – can can set up email forwarding (for up to 5 <name>@caasterisk.com addresses) to direct messages to my existing Gmail account. I will not be able to “do business as” <name>@cassterisk.com, since any outgoing or reply messages will be “from” Gmail. But I can catch in-coming messages, until such time as I have a profitable business case for subscribing to G-Suite.

Herein is the dilemma – what to name myself(ves)?

  • “info@” is generic, and a reasonable catch-all
  • 4 more slots, available…
